You will be able to see the cost of each shipment at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package, although in most cases, orders do not exceed 1 or 2 kgs. The applicable rates are:
National: free shipping.
Balearic Islands: 10 euros.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: Consult.
Other destinations: contact us.
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday from 8:00 h to 12:00 h and once the payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside of these hours or during a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange it so that it is ready the next business day. Once we have your order in central warehouse, we make the shipment through urgent courier so that it arrives as soon as possible. Below, we detail the delivery times:
- On the peninsula: 1-2 working days.
- To the Balearic Islands: 1-2 working days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-6 working days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can opt for the return of the purchased product within (15) days from the time of receipt of the product. To do this you have to send us an email prior to the email@example.com mail, indicating in the subject: "Return product" followed by the order number.
To help us continue to improve, we thank you for letting us know the reason for the return. In case of requesting a change of size you must indicate the correct one.
In the exchanges or returns the items must be sent:
- In its original condition (including labels and packaging), together with any accessories related thereto, and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been used, washed or damaged.
- For partial returns, you must attach a copy of the invoice.
Important Note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is at your own risk. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep proof of shipment. The products to be returned may be exchanged for the refund of the amount, in which case you must indicate an account number, for a voucher of the same amount or will be exchanged for other items whose sum is of equal or greater amount.
How will I receive the amount of my exchange or refund?
The return will be made after you have received the product. Once the return is approved.
Do I have to pay anything for my return/exchange?
MICHONET only assumes the shipping costs in the following case:
- Erroneous shipments or defective products.
- Change of size.
FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS, THE POSTAGE IS ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER.
When will I receive the amount of my refund?
When we check that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email.
Postage returns due will not be accepted.
