MICHONET WEB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders in stock will be dispatched within approximately 24 to 48 business hours after purchase. Each product provides information on the shipping time according to its availability.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., once payment has been confirmed. If your purchase is received outside of this schedule or during a Sunday or holiday, it will be arranged to be ready on the next business day.
Shipments are handled through express courier services for prompt delivery. The following delivery times apply:
- Within the peninsula and Balearic Islands: 1-2 business days.
- France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Austria: 1-3 business days.
- Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Switzerland: 1-3 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: 5-6 business days.
- United Arab Emirates: 3-4 business days.
- South America and USA: 3-4 business days.

You can check the shipping costs below. These costs apply to orders weighing up to 2 kg. The applicable rates are as follows:
- Peninsula and Portugal: €5.95.
- Balearic Islands: €10.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra: Please inquire.
- France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Austria: €28.
- Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Switzerland: €33.
- United Arab Emirates: €40.
- South America: €50.
- USA: €40.
- Other destinations: please contact us.
Customs duties will be borne by the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs. If, for any reason, the recipient rejects the order, the return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Modifications and Cancellations:
Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not left our premises. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org or +34672602590.
Exchanges and Returns
You can request the return of the purchased product within a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of the product. To initiate the process, follow the steps indicated at the following link: https://returns.byrever.com/michonet.
Returns communicated or sent outside the established period will not be accepted.
For exchanges or returns, items must be sent:
- In their original condition, including tags and packaging, along with any related accessories, and in conditions that demonstrate the product has not been used, washed, or damaged.
- For partial returns, include a copy of the invoice indicating the items to be returned.
Important note: For other types of returns until the item is received in our warehouse, it is under your responsibility. We recommend sending the item via courier or certified mail and keeping the shipping receipt. The products to be returned can be exchanged for a refund of the amount or a voucher of the same value, or they can be exchanged for other items whose total amount is equal to or greater than the original purchase.
To help us improve, kindly let us know the reason for the return, either through the attached form on the return platform or via email at email@example.com.
If you request a size exchange, please indicate the correct size.
The refund will be processed once the item is received in perfect condition at our warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
MICHONET assumes shipping costs only in the following cases:
- Wrong shipments or defective products.
- Size exchange within the Peninsula.
FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS, CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. FOR OTHER COUNTRIES, CUSTOMERS MUST BEAR THE COSTS FOR SIZE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.
Returns sent with shipping costs due will not be accepted.
